Philadelphia improviser: J.J. Ellis

J.J. Ellis

J.J. Ellis is a founding member of the Lehigh Valley’s long form improv troupe 4AM In Thailand. He has never been to Thailand, but imagines that 4AM is rather special there.

Along with embarrassing himself on stage, J.J. writes, performs, and films sketch comedy as one half of The Lesser of Two Equals.

In between these passions, J.J. hosts Decent Exposure Radio every Friday night from 10:30 PM to midnight on WXLV.ORG. You can also hear it on iHeartRadio under ‘WXLV’. It features punk, rock and metal. You can also tune in for his interviews with some of the coolest musicians on the planet.

Perhaps you like reading. If so, and if you like movies, you can read J.J.'s movie reviews as the Allentown DVD Examiner.

When he isn't shamelessly engaging in some good old-fashioned self-promotion, he enjoys taking long walks off of short piers.
